PDP Redesign
Complete overhaul of the UX and UI of the Wild One PDP’s. Major goals include cleaning up the overall UI, re-prioritizing above the fold content based on user feedback and needs, exposing variants and adding basic but important features like model info, breadcrumbs, etc.
Approach:
This project began with gathering current data on usability and customer conversion on our current PDP. Using heatmapping, session replay and customer interviews, I was able to collect data to inform design. During the design stage I focused on 3 major areas of refinement:
1. Restructuring the above the fold space to not just fit more content, but strategically place content customers want in an immersive and easily-scannable way. This includes reducing copy and adding in key value adds to the ATF experience.
2. Revisit ADA requirements that were looked over in the past (ex: sizes of swatches).
3. Expose all variants and their current stock status.

Story-Led PLP
Create a playful and engaging PLP template to be used with partners and influencers. Currently a standard collection of Wild One products is being created, but there is no imagery or description of who the partner is and why he/she/they loves our products. Furthermore, we want the boost the willingness of our partners to share us with their audiences.
